These Terms of Service govern your use of the Solarverse website at solarverse.auand the basis on which Solarverse Pty Ltd ("Solarverse", "we", "us") supplies solar installation, battery storage, electrical, and related services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, is fraudulent, or causes harm to Solarverse or any third party. All content on this website is the property of Solarverse Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
3. Quote Requests and Enquiries
Submitting a quote request or enquiry form does not create a binding contract. Any quote or proposal we provide is an offer only and is subject to a site assessment and confirmation of scope. A binding contract for installation services is formed only when both parties sign a formal proposal or works agreement.
4. Online Pricing Estimates
Any pricing shown on this website (including our solar calculator) is indicative only. Actual prices depend on your specific property, roof type, switchboard configuration, metering, grid connection requirements, and applicable rebates at the time of installation. All prices include GST and STC rebates where shown. Final pricing is confirmed in your written proposal following a site assessment.
5. Rebates and Incentives
Government solar and battery rebates (including STCs and WA battery rebates) are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to keep rebate information current, but eligibility and rebate values are determined at the time of installation and may differ from estimates shown on this website. Solarverse is not liable for changes to government incentive programs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solarverse is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on information contained herein. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Licences and Accreditations
Solarverse operates under a valid Western Australian electrical contractor licence. All installation work is performed by or under the direct supervision of a Clean Energy Council (CEC) accredited installer. Licence and accreditation details are available on request.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
